For Ms. Charu Verma, the primary years are where a child's lifelong relationship with learning begins. With more than two decades of experience in education and leadership, she believes that every child deserves to grow in an environment where they feel safe, understood, encouraged, and celebrated for who they are.

Holding a Postgraduate degree in Commerce and a Bachelor's degree in Education, she has devoted her career to creating classrooms that inspire curiosity, kindness, confidence, and joyful learning. She believes that children learn best when they are given the freedom to explore, the courage to make mistakes, and the reassurance that every question matters.

Her philosophy extends beyond academics. She sees education as the art of nurturing compassionate hearts, confident voices, and creative minds. Every smile gained, every fear overcome, and every small success achieved is a step towards building resilient and self-assured individuals who are ready to embrace the future.

With over 23 years of experience in education, Ms. Tripti Sharma believes that a school is not merely a place where students acquire knowledge—it is where they discover who they are and who they can become. Holding graduate degrees in Mathematics and Economics along with Master's degrees in English and Education, she brings together academic insight and a deep understanding of human potential.

Having worked across leading CBSE and ICSE institutions, Ms. Sharma has always viewed education as a journey of awakening minds rather than filling them with information. She believes that every student carries unique strengths waiting to be recognised, nurtured, and given the confidence to flourish.
